Patent Services

Hiring a patent attorney, a patent agent, or an online patent filing service to prepare and file a provisional patent attorney is not required or essential.  In fact, working with a patent attorney or patent agent or an online patent filing service can be for trouble than its worth due to misunderstandings or miscommunications.

We believe with proper training,  an inventor  can  prepare and file his own provisional patent application with the USPTO faster and less expensive than using a patent attorney, patent agent or online patent filing service.

The key to filing a properly written provisional patent application is understanding what are the filing requirements and  how to describe the invention in the application, and how to file a provisional patent application with the USPTO.
