File1st.com is an online service that provides information  to help inventors, entrepreneurs, authors, and small businesses owners on intellectual property matters, such as patents, trademark and copyrights.  The File1st.com is targeted to 'do-it-yourself' individuals who want to take a more active role in protecting their intellectual property, but do not want to hire a law firm.
